CINTIA ACOSTA

My name is Julian Cabral, I am 36 years old and I live in Bariloche, Patagonia Argentina, with my wife and my two kids. I am passionate of outdoor activities specially for fly fishing which I practice since I am 10 years old.

In 2004 I finished my specialization in Aquaculture with Salmonids Orientation, and I also specialize in rafting and diving activities, doing later, my career of Professional Fly Fishing Guide which I practice for more than 13 years in Patagonia with fishermans of different nationalities

Thanks to my good qualifications and my fluent English, immediately after ending my studies I started working at Fly Fishing Patagonia Company, where I learned a lot and worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, I began my fly fishing company call Massive Trout and I work directly with Rio Manso Lodge (Orvis Endorser) and Outfitters Patagonia, among others, as a chief of operations guides. From 2008 to 2016, during Winter seasons I worked at Cerro Catedral Ski Resort first in costumers service and now in Marketing area. In 2017, I started my own company, marketing supervision and advertising activations.

I am a person with very clear goals, and accountability and professionalism is my best quality.

Over the years, I’m fishing around Patagonia, in many environments, lakes and Rivers, scouting for good places and big trouts.

Bill Johnson’s work as an Engineer in the construction business for more than 40 years, he traveled all over the US, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, British Virgin Islands and Bahamas working and  fishing for all the local fresh and salt water species.

He entered the world of fly fishing by attending the Lee Wulf Fly Fishing School in the Catskill mountains of New York in 1980. After fishing fresh and salt water for many years on the east coast of the US, his job as an Engineer caused him to move to Puerto Rico in 2001 where he became addicted to fly fishing for Tarpon.

Bills latest passion is fly fishing in Patagonia for wild trouts. In 2006, Bill and his wife Jennifer  first met Julian Cabral who guided them on the local waters around Bariloche. They stayed in contact for all the years and returned almost every year and fished with Julian and MTFF for several weeks. Bill retired from the construction business and is now representing MTFF in the US planning, organizing and coordinating trips to Patagonia exclusively for MTFF.

In addition to his conventional and fly-fishing experience, Bill is experienced in international travel, logistics, procurement, supply chain, construction, safety, boating, retail fly fishing sales and related technical services.
